No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of GetOpsOS and immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Why No Refunds?

GetOpsOS is a digital product that is delivered instantly via email after purchase. Once you receive access to the Notion templates and CSV files, you have full access to the intellectual property, which cannot be “returned.”

To prevent fraud and protect our business, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to review the following before making your purchase:

  • Product description and features
  • Preview images of the databases
  • FAQ section answering common questions
  • Terms of Service

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately at: info@getopsos.com

We will work with you to resolve any technical issues, but this does not constitute a refund.

Exceptions

The only exception to this no-refund policy is if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
  • You did not receive the product after payment was processed

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, you will lose access to the product and may be banned from future purchases.
